As a Principal and the Director of Consulting. Eliza worked with shareholders and executives of some of the industry’s largest advisory firms and financial institutions. Eliza was also a co-author of the long-running FA Insight Annual Study of Advisory Firms.

Following the acquisition of FA Insight by TD Ameritrade Institutional (TDAI), Eliza collaborated extensively with TDAI, consulting with their largest relationships and developing a range of data driven advisor resources. She was a co-author of the flagship study, the TD Ameritrade FA Insight Annual Study of Advisory Firms.
In 2006 Eliza embarked on her U.S. consulting journey, relocating from Perth Australia to Seattle Washington, joining Mark Tibergien as a Senior Consultant in the renowned Moss Adams Business Consulting Group. During this time, her love for the United States and her professional experience multiplied.
Prior to Moss Adams, Eliza worked in Australia as a Senior Consultant in advice strategy at the National Australia Bank Group’s wealth management division.

Eliza is a sought-after speaker and regularly shares her strategic insights at conferences, leads advisory workshops and is frequently quoted in trade publications. Her writing and speaking engagements explore critical business management topics with depth and enthusiasm.
Her academic foundation in commerce and financial planning underpins her consulting. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia and a Diploma of Financial Planning from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
